I like that name for a dog. My dogs name is Jazzmen. Well thats how we spelled it. but pronounced the same. I think Jasmine is not a good human name. To me it sounds like a dogs name. or the flower LOL.

a family pet is a part of the family, so why not call it a human name jasmine if your saying a pet should not have a human name when it is apart of the family, so why have one when you get a dog of a cat they like to think the family is a pack. there are a part of the family so name as your name a child.

My chihuahua's name is jasmine and I think that if you saw her you would agree that it is a name that suits dog and like Lucinda said it's a part of the family so why not give it a name like that.. jasmine is the PERFECT name for a dog!! but thats my opinion though my dog is jasmine elizabeth lee!! she is my baby girl and she is spoiled rotten!!! i love her to death! and i think she is one of a kind!!
